cécile & karan

08 AUGUST 2026 / château de LA BEAUMETANE, provence, france

Cécile and Karan came from London and brought two cultures together, French and Indian, across two ceremonies in a single day at the Château la Beaumetane.
Two sets of traditions, two families, two different ideas of what a bride should look like.
And one love story running underneath all of it.

For me that meant two looks rather than one. Indian bridal makeup is built differently: bolder, more structured, made to hold its own against colour and gold. The French ceremony asked for something quieter. The real work was in making both unmistakably Cécile, so that she never looked like two different women over the course of one day.
